    Responsabilitati

    • Monitorizeaza si urmareste oportunitatile de licitatii
    • Receptioneaza documentatiile de licitatii/ofertare si le distribuie catre Dpt. Tehnic
    • Studiaza documentatiile de atribuire si daca este cazul, solicita clientilor clarificari ce tin de continut si mod de prezentare oferta
    • Analizeaza cererile de oferta conform proiectului, verifica documentatia si o inainteaza catre management
    • Colaboreaza cu celelalte departamente si elaboreaza documentele de calificare sau eligibilitate
    • Completeaza formularele aferente licitatiei, participa la intocmirea dosarelor si monitorizeaza statusul licitatiilor
    • Redacteaza cererile de oferte si urmareste statusul ofertelor
    • Redacteaza contractele si eventualele obiectiuni la acestea
    • Elaboreaza raspunsuri la solicitarile de clarificari pe parcursul derularii licitatiilor
    • Identifica nevoile de comunicare si dezvolta solutii personalizate pentru fiecare client
    • Urmareste decontarea contractului/comenzii si transmite facturile catre clienti
    • Actualizeaza baza de date de referitoare la oferte, licitatii, clienti, contractori si subcontractori
