    Are you the right fit for the job?

    • You are fluent in French & English;
    • You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
    • You are not experienced in the job field, but you want to develop your skills together with our professionals;

    Responsibilities

    What are your responsibilities?

    • Provide daily operational support to Partners, local Sales teams and other stakeholders by following up on missing or wrongly reported data and on the agreed KPI’s;
    • Act as Consultants towards Retailers, Sales, Finance, Sales operations on the processes & tools managed;
    • Conduct regular operational reviews and deliver reporting documentation to Partners and other stakeholders;
    • Act as first point of escalation for partners and internal stakeholders;
    • Provide training and information on processes and tools to Partners as needed, in collaboration with the Country support;
    • Provide continuous visibility of the progress of the claims to partners and stakeholders and work with them on a regular claims reconciliation process;
    • Ensure compliance and process guidelines are followed by Partners and other stakeholders.
