-bachelor’s degree, preferably but not essential, in a field related to economic, financial, legal, languages or linguistics.
-good communication in Italian and French and English (B2 level)
-good knowledge Microsoft Office (specially Excel and Access)
-excellent communication and interaction skills
-ability to work with data and figures, attention to details
-be client-orientated, calm and serious
-processing daily transactions
-use software applications and internal computer
-communication via email and by phone with clients from Italy and France
-processing account transactions
