    Qualifications

    What distinguishes you?

    • 3-5 years working experience in Reporting /Controlling/ Financial Analysis field
    • Master degree in Finance or Economics; Registered Accountant, ACCA or equivalent (preferred)
    • English fluently (written and spoken), German helpful
    • Ability to work and communicate with colleagues across all business areas of the organization and with senior management
    • Very good IT knowledge (MS Office) necessary
    • Knowledge in SAP(as a user) or other ERP Systems preferred
    • Reliable, accurate, team oriented, able to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big:

    • Financial Performance Reporting: monthly plant performance results, Forecasting the financial and non-financial company position for the following periods;
    • Annual Target Planning of: budgets cost categories, resources planning, design Key Performance Indicators
    • Provide in-depth financial analysis on current financial performance, including budget variance analysis, standard monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis, operations results
    • Report to various stakeholders actual/ forecasted results and business situation : Headquarter, plant management, head of department;
    • Review the reporting process KPIs; identify areas for improvement, improve efficiency of the reporting process
    • Participate in financial system updates and/or reporting systems
    • Examine and analyze accounting records to determine proper classification of management accounting
