Technical High School or Engineering degree
Previous coordination roles in production areas (assembly areas of manufacturing context organized for large scale series production). Good to have also past experiences in industrial
At least 5/6 year of experience in the consumer goods/ automotive sector (leading companies with a modern organization)
Good English
Experience in people management. High level of problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure
High-level computer skills

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT: Ensure the production plan is carried out and, if necessary, take corrective actions, on the basis of production constraints and mix, optimizing the production volumes and relative costs.
Ensure daily the progress of the production plan and its efficiency level, on the basis of budget expectations.
EXECUTION OF PRODUCTION: Ensure the execution of the daily production plan and constantly attend to its
progress until products are moved into the warehouse :
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT: Carry out the production plan within the given time through an effective and efficient management of the production process.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Ensure quality uniformity of the products and their compliance to specifications.
HR MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION: Attend to the management and organisation of shift coordinators and the positioning of the department's operators, with the aim to ensure the highest efficiency and flexibility in the production system.
PLANNING OF PREVENTIVE, ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE: Ensure within the department plant and/or equipment maintenance and plan with MAINT significant interventions and/or extraordinary maintenance.
APPLICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY LEGISLATION: Ensure that work-place safety and
injury prevention legislation is complied with.
