    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of storage services and related operations.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in leading positions
    • Fluent in English; German knowledge could be a plus;
    • Advanced notions in the field of warehousing and processing services
    • Analytical Skills and excellent communication abilities;
    • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize according to business urgency;
    • Ability to understand objectives, identify obstacles, implement alternative solutions;
    • Strong commitment to transparency and a code of ethical conduct;

    Responsibilities

    • Defines, implements, coordinates the operational strategy for fulfilling the contractual obligations towards the clients of the Company;
    • Builds and coordinates the subordinate operational team, defines general and particular objectives in order to carry out daily tasks;
    • Monitor operational processes in order to continuously optimize them;
    • Monitor the productivity and profitability of the services provided in order to meet the scales in the KPI reports;
    • Dismisses the monthly statistics regarding the activities carried out and ensures the issuance of invoices in relation to the services provided to clients;
    • Permanently analyzes the costs in order to make it more efficient;
    • Communicates with the service providers and ensures the fulfillment of the tasks agreed with them;
    • Interacts with the Administrative Department for any changes that arise in the operational / financial flow established with the clients;
    • Maintains a good connection with the existing clients of the Company, ensuring also that the agreed contractual terms are respected;
    • Participates in training sessions organized by the Company both internally and internationally;
    • Collaborates with the departments within the Company, internally / internationally, with a view to transmitting the monthly financial statements, their registration in the Company's information systems, tracking the receipts of the value of the services provided.
    • Maintain a good relationship with the client and be part of the regular follow-up meeting with the different clients;
    • Implement the working conditions- according to the Romanian law, the organization of the sessions on the disciplinary subject, if any
    • Order the necessary supplies for the smooth functioning of the warehouse / office operational processes;
    • Draws up monthly reports on the operations carried out and implement efficient working strategies;
    • Manage, control and define the human resources/subordinate based on the activity (holidays, sickness, etc.) and ensure the team motivation to reach the best results.
