    Candidate profile:

    - University degree;
    - Previous work experience in a similar position would be a plus;
    - Clear and effective communication in Romanian and English, both verbal and written;
    - Experience with MS-Office;
    - Smart and presentable appearance;
    - Clear understanding of business procedures and workflow of the documents;
    - Confidentiality is a mandatory requirement;
    - Highly organized and efficient, with sense of responsibility;
    - Strong attention to details, proactive and open-minded;
    - Team-player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks;
    - Strong interpersonal skills.

    Responsabilitati

    -
    The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors to the office and is responsible for the first impression they have when they enter our office;
    - Takes incoming phone calls and forwards them to the appropriate person or department;
    - Meets and greets guests in a professional manner and handles their inquiries;
    - Registers all incoming and outgoing documents (general, technical and commercial);
    - Distributes incoming correspondence in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring administrative support for all colleagues;
    - Manages and archives the correspondence electronically;
    - Manages couriers and prepares the necessary documents;
    - Coordinates the bookings of the meeting rooms;
    - Orders office supplies;
    - Compliance with company policies & procedures in all aspects of the role;
    - Provides support to all departments whenever necessary.
