    - University degree in a technical or economics area;
    - Any type of certification in customer service would be an advantage;
    - Minimum 3 years’ experience;
    - Knowledge of customs legislation;
    - We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
    - Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
    - Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment, team-player mindset;
    - Decision-making & problem-solving skills';
    - Computer skills : (MS Office), SAP program;
    - Excellent German and English knowledge language (writing and speaking).


    - Taking the orders: check customer demands and analyze the orders;
    - Registers customer orders in our system (SAP) and confirm to the customers the best delivery date and give them a clear and effective solution;
    - Informs the customers about all of changes in delivery schedules;
    - Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export for all customer orders;
    - Making commercial invoices and all documents necessary for them according to our legal requirements;
    - Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, commercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
    - Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives;
    - Making daily/monthly necessary reports;
    - Manage customer relationships with a complete, timely and clear communications.
