Job Summary:
Performs analysis activities for defining the required technical specifications of the information system that meet the customer configuration needs.
According to his/her mission, the consultant has to manage all the required operational activities related to the implementation of the customers' payroll regulations. In addition, he/she is required to involve in cross-department projects that help integrate new legal regulations within the existing implementation process and SOP-s.
Responsibilities:
Performs analysis activities for defining the required technical specifications of the information system that meet the customer configuration needs.
In this respect, he/she must carry out the following actions:
Analyses payroll rules and drafts analysis reports
Configurates regulatory settings
Develops, tests and optimizes the IS according to customer's specifications
Transfers payroll data
Defines and supplies liaising documents
Reports weekly to BU and local manager on the current month implementation progress
Has and constantly improves his/her process knowledge
Works closely with the team to make sure all Work instructions are prepared, updated and posted in the Knowledge Database/Share Point
Participates in all process related calls/meetings organized by stake holders/functional leaders in order to stabilize the process or to implement new process changes
Contributes to the knowledge base (CH Implementation & Migration processes and procedures) by suggesting improvement or automation ideas, and works with the knowledge base owner (Senior Consultant) to have these implemented
Manages assigned implementation and/or migration tasks and ensures the delivery of all deliverables according to the service level agreements in place.
