    Mission:

    • Ensure product/process development or industrialization according to department rules and specifications adapted to his scope, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and Renault Design System, and suggest optimizations
    • Ensure the robustness of the product / process design
    • Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities
    • Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
    Managerial missions: To create sustainable performance for the Company relying on teams’ motivation through implementation of Renault Management Way:
    • as leader, to align teams members’ actions with the company strategy
    • as coach, to develop teams members performance and make them accountable through a close relationship and delegation rules
