Your Mission: Within the SG EBS International Training Team, the Junior Digital Learning Designer is responsible for the production of digital e-learning modules for the Société Générale Retail Bank in France. Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Create, update, translate or transform from Flash to HTML5 digital learning modules (e-learnings) according to the requests sent by the Retail Bank's HR Department
• Build skills on new pedagogical methods in order to cover the needs in a broader and differentiating way
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Learning modalities

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar domain
• Fluency in French (upper intermediate)
• Basic experience with market e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360)
• Basic experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
• Visual design skills – basic experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Being able to work in project mode (respect of processes and operating modes, control of the progress of the project, know how to manage the validation steps) remotely (communication tool 2.0)
• Adapting storyboards, appropriating content, offering diverse educational activities and creating appropriate multimedia resources;
• Choose the appropriate media types according to learning situations, according to the principles of UX design and instructions given by Pedagogical Engineers.

• Knowledge about video authoring tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge about HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is appreciated
• Understand training and pedagogical engineering with digital leverage
• Good organizational skills, allowing to manage short production times and work on several projects simultaneously
• Knowledge about the design process of a training is considered a plus
• Ability to visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product is also considered a plus
