Your Skills and Knowledge:

o Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or IT;
o 6-10 years of IT and/or Finance experience, including hands on experience implementing and administrating Essbase applications through the full project lifecycle. Experience specifically with Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (on-premise or cloud) and/or Hyperion Financial Management is especially helpful;
o Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
o Understanding of dimensional design, SQL and data management;
o Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical staff.;
o Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to internal customers;.
o Understanding of financial statements and consolidation processes a plus;
o Excellent English skills..

Your Day-To-Day:

o Administer PTC’s Oracle PBCS planning tool in support of Monthly Management Reporting, Monthly Budgeting and Planning Process, Annual Planning Process, and Annual Long-Range Planning Process;
o Support users having questions or difficulties using these tools;
o Gather new business requirements and translate to technical specifications so that they can be implemented.

Your Impact:

o You will play a leading role in extending and supporting our Essbase-based cloud applications including Hyperion Planning and Budgeting in the cloud (PBCS) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);
o You will work closely with business users at all levels of our finance organization to understand business requirements, instruct on tool usage and plan/support governance of our Essbase platforms;
o Directly support Quarterly and Annual planning, budgeting and reporting activity;
o Build new components and support testing and sign off. Support migration and manage transition to production of completed components;
o Work with the IT team to identify, map and load data as required to support business requirements;
o Provide leadership for continuous improvement for usage of these tools, including architecture and design decisions, small and large enhancement projects, and data management/data governance.
