For our customer, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk with English.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
IT&C education background is an advantage;
Preferably 0-6 months IT related experience;
Good level of communication in English;
Good Communication skills, patience and ability to work under pressure;
High attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Desktop OS Related Service - standard software installation, consulting, troubleshooting service;
Mobile OS Related Service - standard software installation, consulting, troubleshooting service;
Hardware Related Service:
Laptop and PC simple repair service Laptop and PC complex repair following service;
Computer peripheral equipment set up, consulting, troubleshooting service;
Laptop and PC low format and disk destroy service;
Dedicated Voice Terminal set up, consulting, troubleshooting service. (Analog Phone, IP Phone, Polycom sound station).
