-Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
-Ability to work under own initiative.
-Ability to work in under pressure and within deadlines.
-Ability to work a high degree of accuracy.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Past experience in retail and industrial design is advantage.
-Past experience in BIM/REVIT projects would be highly appreciated.
-Strong communication skills and an ability to liaise with client and team members.
-Good spoken and written English Skills Required
-AutoCAD.
-Microsoft Office Excel.
-Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
-Microsoft Office Word.
-Photoshop, InDesign and rendering skills would be advantageous.

The selected candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary, international team that takes the projects from scratch to construction at the highest level of BIM design and collaboration. Within this scheme he/she will be involved in an wide array of tasks and responsibilities according their professional experience and motivation.
The following skills will be required:
-Prepare detailed design plans, layouts, elevations, cross-sections and other associated documents.
- Prepare documentation to support planning application and maintain up to date portfolio of the building types in cad forms including approved variations.
-Cooperate with quantity surveyors, engineers and other design professionals.
-Ensuring compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
-Closely cooperate on project delivery within local and international team.
