    The role in a nutshell:

    • Daily checks of the deliveries from suppliers in accordance with the delivery schedule and the transport schedule for the own portfolio of suppliers;
    • Meet and work with specific planning tools: MPS, MRP, Vendor Scheduling;
    • Provide support for the introduction of new benchmarks in manufacturing;
    • Track and analyze critical parts (stock less than 7 days);
    • Establishe and follow up on component recovery plans in accordance with the capacity purchased from the supplier;
    • Communicate with the shopfloor planners about the components that can create problems in daily production assurance;
    • Responsible for defining, implementing and optimizing transport flows;
    • Follow-up with the transport company for taking the goods from suppliers according to the delivery schedule, keeping the delivery times;
    • Follow the execution according to the annual budgeting of the consignment contracts;
    • Organize and monitor the special transports (the transports that are not included in the normal transport flow) in the case of supplying the components;
    • Responsible for direct materials inventory;
    • Executes necessary change management as per managed processes;
    • Optimize the parameters of the planning system in order to reach the inventory objective.

    Eligibility criteria: ·
    • Bachelor degree, preferred economic background
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position or 3 years experience in a complementary position within the supply chain department;
    • Ability to analyze complex situations and strategic vision;
    • Efficient communication for all operational areas;
    • SAP literate;
    • Fluent in English.
