    • University degree (background in Accounting/Business/ Logistics/Supply Chain);
    • Preffered 2 years working experience in related fields;
    • Fluently spoken and written English and German;
    • Proficient computer skills - SAP and MS Office package;
    • Strong communication skills in relation with customers;
    • Problem solving skills (work under pressure, respect the deadlines, proactivity);
    • Team player;
    • Availability to travel (1-2 weeks p.a.).

    Job Description

    Performing activities in creating synergies across Automotive Divisions by coordinating all commercial and logistics topics in line with customer requirements for top OEM/non-top OEM, TSC in an international environment.

    • Track and monitor of sales targets and measurement of sales performance;
    • Creation and maintenance of customer master data;
    • Check general terms and contract related to E-Business and data exchange with customers;
    • Set-up and maintain customer-specific IT tools;
    • Customer price entry maintenance;
    • Check special prices;
    • Check and approval of purchase order;
    • Order creation;
    • Maintain logistic parameters in SAP and O2C process control;
    • Create and maintain part cross reference data;
    • Monitor delivery performance;
    • Collect and provide proof of delivery for EU countries;
    • Support cross-divisional logistic topics;
    • Collection and dispute management;
    • Support of general/non project specific customer requirements (e.g. logistics).
