• University Degree;
• Experience in the field of 5-10 years;
• Knowledge of building construction;
• English advanced level;
• Very good communication skills;

• General management and coordination of Site Infrastructure Departments: Facility, Fire safety and prevention, Health and safety at work, environmental protection and waste management.;
• Representation of the company in front of the Romanian authorities at the controls carried out by the competent bodies in the sphere of activity;
• Implements the processes, standards and policies of the group in the unit, participates in the process of optimizing the implementation of processes / standards / policies, if applicable, participates in the determination and optimization of internal standards and complex processes in its area of expertise;
• Implementation of external services, negotiation and design of contracts in collaboration with the procurement department and coordination of external providers;
• Ensure that the measures imposed by authorizations and other legal documents are respected;
• Monitors the validity of the Authorizations in its field of activity and plans their revision as appropriate;
• Follows the implementation of the maintenance plan of buildings and installations in accordance with the technical and legal requirements;
