• Polytechnic/University Degree;
• 3 to 5 of work experience OR comparable training;
• PC skills (MS-Office);
• Knowledge of English is mandatory;
• Leadership, analytic skills, sound approach to business in practice and theory, communication, intercultural competence.

• Lead and coordinate a smaller vehicle development project with the knowledge in project management and at least three years of project management work according to the requirement matrix of Project Management;
• Compiles project schedules/concepts and ensure adherence (e.g. resource planning, deadline planning, cost planning, etc.) as per agreement with the business domain and/or main project managers and with the specialized units; if necessary takes action in the case of deviations;
• Participates in making risk assessments;
• Ensures adherence to the project budget as well as distributing to the reporting functions;
• Participates in optimizing processes, systems and methods and ensures the compilation of offers on the basis of the production costs for inquires in cooperation with the involved business domain project managers and agreement with supervisors, provides support in compiling offers, defines alternative solutions in the case of high costs and consults main project leaders and supervisors;
• Is responsible for procuring machinery, production equipment, tools.
