The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

     The Workforce Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Operations Team in IBM. In this capacity, the Analyst will act as the expert with knowledge in all areas of workforce reporting and will be regarded as an expert in workforce processes and workforce optimization techniques.
     The successful candidate will have a strong interest in understanding Workforce management and how data can be harnessed to drive better business and Financial results for IBM.
     We are not just looking for a candidate to create tables and pivots, we are looking for a passionate candidate to dig in the data, find meaning and be able to elegantly say the story of data to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
     Prepare workforce data management reports for high up management, up to IBM CEO level.
     Support Financial Planning Processes such as the quarterly Financial Capacity Management plans and the yearly Fall Plan.
     Follow and perfect workforce forecasting methods. This requires mature understanding of all IBM processes that influence workforce usage.
     Work directly with internal clients (central and local teams) to answer their questions regarding the data.
     Ensure data accuracy across all delivered reports. Uncover, report and follow up to repair data issues.
     Enhance existing reports and make them faster to update, while ensuring that they stay flexible enough to allow frequent organization changes
     Work with IBM Subject Matter Experts to create new analyses that support ever changing business needs and directions.

    PROFILE / SKILLS
     Extensive familiarity with very large Excel files (more than 4 years excel reporting, daily). Excellent dexterity in manipulating and fixing data problems in Excel.
     Good PowerPoint skills
     Very client oriented, communicative
     Personal drive to improve one’s technical and functional knowledge every day
     English fluency
