At least 1 year of experience in active customer service by telephone;
Fluent French skills;
Strong communication skills, friendliness and service orientation;
Good MS Office.

Negotiating acceptable repayment agreements and payment plans with customers;
Documenting the phone calls carefully in the internal system.
