Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services.  
 

Know-how:

• Good working knowledge of mechanical and electronic laboratory / production equipment;
• Set up and operate a variety of test machinery;
• Good technical skills and a structured way of working;
• 2 - 3 years' experience in machine operation;

Personality:

• Ability to work independently and handle tasks flexibly;
• Target, process and quality orientation;
• Good communication and cooperative skills;

Languages spoken:

• Knowledge of basic to intermediate English language is required;
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage;

What you do:

• Set-up, preparation and execution of reliability and validation related tests;
• Ensure collection of data and preparation of reports and perform activities to ensure timely delivery results with the expected quality and cost;
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members when required;
• Create, document and send relevant data points and reports, as per customer requirements;
• Support of reliability and test engineers and other technicians;
• Maintain equipment according to instructions and apply working principles (5S, BPS, etc) to own work;
• Identify and propose optimizations and improvements to own responsibility area;
