- Bachelor's Degree Technical - Polytechnic University is preferred with a good understanding of Final Distribution Products;
- Prior exposure in a similar job in a corporate environment;
- Good presentation skills and experience in customer facing;
- Digital mindset and willing to provide webinars, record training videos etc.;
- Excellent planning, organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel mastered)
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.

Job Purpose Summary:


As an Offer Manager you will be part of the Marketing team, being responsible for enable the marketing mix for the products in charge (Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion); prepare product launch plans and manage product life cycle; propose price strategy for the new products/solutions and annual price list revision; assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products; provide information for management by preparing reports and analyses; implement the marketing campaigns for the entire products portfolio; collaborate with the other marketing team members and other departments to ensure the achievement of overall goals; continuous collaboration with Logistics department aiming to ensure a proper production forecast.
