• Indeplinirea sarcinilor de service, instalarea si intretinerea aparaturii produsa de firma Siemens Healthcare, precum si a altor produse colaterale, conform instructiunilor fabricantului
• Respectarea proceselor si procedurilor in vigoare in Siemens Healthcare SRL. Raportarea imediata a lucrarilor efectuate.
• Asigurarea unui management eficient al pieselor de schimb si materialelor, inclusiv aducerea Ia timp de la client a pieselor de schimb ce trebuie returnate si completarea corecta si completa a formularelor tehnice necesare pentru returnare.
• Rezolvarea sesizarilor clientului si daca este cazul, de escaladarea acestora la forurile de competenta tehnica superioara, iar nemultumirile si comentariile sa fie comunicate Directorului de Service, spre analiza si adoptarea masurilor corespunzatoare.
