About you:
From end of year internship to 2 years of experience in the Human Resources Field
Strong interested training design
Experience designing PowerPoint presentations
Interest in IT domain
Strong creativity, curiosity and design skills
Excellent written and communication skills in English
Job responsibilities:
Identifying basic training needs within an organization through new training needs analysis and regular consultation with internal clients (business managers, human resources and other departments)
Coordinating process of training materials preparation for internal trainings by regular consultations with field experts
Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to change occurring in the work environment
Ensuring that cancellations and non-attendance is minimized and managed through effective communication links with all parties and relevant line managers
Managing the end to end training process (organizing and overseeing) from booking and scheduling to certification for all internal training events (online and face to face)
Updating spreadsheets in internal tool (content management system)
Helping managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Updating training paths according to changes in work environment and needs
Providing feedbacks about internal tool (content management system)
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Auditing trainings (content, quality, form), training programs and trainers, to be sure that requirements are met
