    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or other Innovation-relevant discipline
    • Fluent spoken and written Romanian and English language skills
    • Relevant work experience is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
    • Creativity, self-confidence and flexibility
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
    • Situational leadership - ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, external clients and partners
    • Superior organization and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

    • Work location is Bucharest

    • Support recruiting process activities: schedule interviews; update the recruitment tracking system; help organize recruiting events etc.
    • Support the hiring and onboarding processes
    • Support office management tasks
    • Manage team travel requests
    • Review compliance of expense reports
    • Coordinate logistics for the European Innovation Center visitors
    • Purchase office supplies and administer inventory
    • Help organize events, trainings, dinners etc.
    • Help build and maintain the Kalypso Culture by coordinating internal initiatives and activities
    • Provide support to our Operations team in Europe when needed
