Area sales manager-flooring industry

Talentor Romania is the local branch of an international Human Resource solution provider and it's currently recruiting for the following role.

The main purpose of this role is to expand the business within Romania and going eventually also to South-East Europe. The future colleague will be responsible for the development of existing accounts and for creating new business through strategic sales.

Qualifications, experience:
- Experience in sales of parquet or other flooring would be a plus;
- Ability to work by himself, from home office and car;
- Self-discipline, result oriented possessing a good planning and organizational skill, being also a problem solver;
- Have a driving license;
- A good level of English language

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company within the flooring market and maximise the sales;
- Produce a business plan in order to develop relationships with flooring contractors;
- Identify new business on local market and not only;
- Negotiate term conditions, prices, keeping a good relation between clients and production;
