Role description
Within the HR Center of Expertise, End-to-end Operations department, you will report to the Head of E2E Operations. The department's objective is to provide communications support and drive a common dynamic across the different portfolios internationally, which make up the HR Center of Expertise, such as Resourcing & Employment, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development. Your mission will be to assist the communications lead in the following:

Main activities
You will participate in the editorial planning and take care of the publishing of news and articles for the HR intranet.

You will manage day-to-day updates, permission management and metrics of intranet sites and team sites, as well as creation, design, layout of intranet pages.

You will assist the project to renew the HR Professionals team site, to become the single info point for HR

You will accompany and participate in the production/collation of the news for our internal monthly newsletter (CoE Digest). You will be instrumental in investigating ways to improve the current format.

You will assist in the design and creation of content adapted to different channels (articles, video and short animations).

You will contribute to the animation of Yammer, our internal social network.

You will help in scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating global meetings and training sessions.

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Belgium.

Salary: 1370 Euro

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting April 2020
