• Good knowledge of specific information systems technology especially of Packet Switched Data Core information systems
• Good understanding of the SW lifecycle: design, development, testing and acceptance, implementation, performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of 3GPP PS Core domain technologies and protocols
• Ability to work within virtual teams and interface with multi-national clients
• Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT
• Inter-functional relationships between information systems

• Create client specific software & hardware design guidelines & methods for Packet Switched Data Core information systems
• Define software/hardware requirements for Packet Switched Data Core information systems
• Testing & acceptance of new software for Packet Switched Data Core information systems
• Harmonize information packages (MML commands for reprograming the DC information systems) for Packet Switched Data Core information systems to match requirements of VF customers across countries
• Capacity planning and dimensioning for Packet Switched Data Core information systems
• Deployment & integration of new hardware & software for expanding information systems according to customer needs
