Minimum 2 years of working experience in a management role;
Business analytical experience ( P/L interpretation, cost control responsibility, regular reporting/controlling);
Fluent in English;
University graduated;
Availability to travel up to 70 %.

Coordinating the activity and reaching the objectives (KPIs) for the allocated sector based (Banat, Crisana, Maramures, Transilvania);
Coordinating the sales of services in the allocated region;
Identifying possibilities of increasing sales with existing customers;
Promoting the sale of services and developing a new customer base;
Offering customer support and ensure customer satisfaction;
Managing and monitoring the technical team (up to 15 members).
