Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR Management;
Degree in Human Resources, or related field;
Strong knowledge in all basic HR related fields;
Good Microsoft Office skills;
English – advanced level;
German or Dutch – is an advantage.

Implementing and developing successful HR strategies, aligned with the overall business policy;
Managing the recruitment and administration related processes;
Improving the compensation and benefits related strategies;
Developing a strong retention plan;
Issuing HR related reports and statistics;
Continuously developing and upgrading the overall HR policies;
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
