    Cerinte

    Skill-uri si experienta:

    ❖ Cunoscator al proceselor agile: Scrum mandatory. Kanban este un plus;

    ❖ Experienta practica si demonstrabila minim 2 ani pe proiecte complexe in care a actionat ca Scrum Master (sau Agile Coach);

    ❖ Cunoastrea tehnicii user story mapping;

    ❖ Cunoasterea OKR + proces de definire si followup este un plus;

    ❖ Cunoastrea JIRA Agile este un plus;

    ❖ Design thinking techniques sunt un plus.

    Modul de lucru:

    ❖ Alocare: 8h/zi, in sediul Skanska;

    ❖ Lucru in echipa Scrum;

    ❖ Perioada contract: 6 luni, reinnoibil din 3 in 3 luni, incepere imediata;

    ❖ Sunt foarte importante proactivitatea si autonomia.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati:

    ❖ Impreuna cu echipa de management genereaza si sustine transformarea din modul de lucrutraditional spre Agile, in zona Digital. Identifica nivelul Agile Maturity al fiecarei echipesi propune actiuni de crestere al acestuia, propune configuratii optime pentru echipe noi,se asigura ca actiunile agreate se implementeaza;

    ❖ Colaborare cu coach/ SM existenti pentru construirea si implementarea unui roadmapcoerent de pasi pentru transformare;

    ❖ Set-up proiecte agile;

    ❖ Pregatire (explicare proces si traininguri de metoda si principii) echipe pentru SCRUMceremony + principii pentru continuous improvement, lean management, evolutionarydevelopment

    ❖ Ajuta echipa sa isi construiasca mission, vision, agile roadmap;

    ❖ Pregatire Product Owners, Scrum Masters;

    ❖ Organizare + conducere SCRUM meetings (sprint grooming, planning, demo,retrospective) + handover catre echipa de livrare;

    ❖ Organizare board impreuna cu echipele de livrare;

    ❖ Pregatire cu echipele: “definition of READY” si “definition of DONE”;

    ❖ Coach echipa pentru construire backlog produs.

    ❖ Mentinere process;

    • Se asigura ca boardul este actualizat si prioritizat;

    • Explica/organizeaza planning poker impreuna cu scrum team;

    • User-stories;− Se asigura ca se construiesc epics/user-stories de catre BA (proxy product owner)in JIRA;

    − Explica procesul de constructie al user stories catre proxy product owner/productowner;

    − Asigura ca proxy product ownerul face story splitting;

    − Se asigura ca user stories sunt READY pentru a fi introduse in sprint planning;

    • Face followup catre membrii echipei si stakeholderi pe subiecte legate de scrum daca nuse respecta procesul;

    • Rezolva blocking issues;

    • Urmareste team engagement si face debriefing dupa sondaje;

    • Participa proactiv in ceremoniile echipelor si ajuta la insusirea proceselor;

    ❖ Pregatire periodica rapoarte agile;

    • Sprint velocity;

    • Sprint burndown report;

    • Project progress report;

    ❖ Propunerea de KPI de urmarit la nivel de echipa si la nivel de top management;

    ❖ Pregatirea echipelor de dev pentru adoptarea practicilor XP + CI/CD.
