    Cerinte

    ● A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field;
    ● A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as data mining, CRM specialist or similar work experience;
    ● Experience with CRM/Email management is a plus;
    ● Experience with business intelligence tools is an asset;
    ● Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
    ● Analytical and strategic thinking;
    ● Ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data;
    ● Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills;
    ● English - fluent (minimum B2 level).

    Responsabilitati

    ● Set-up and manage direct marketing campaigns (cross sell, up sell, retention, renewal and new business campaign), ensuring that the right customer receives the right messages at the right time in the right channel;
    ● Manage and support the lead collection process and the lead monitoring activity of the internal persons responsible for these activities;
    ● Management of all external agencies and involvement within the direct marketing activities: e-mail; SMS, direct mailing;
    ● Collect and provide insight reports on customer behavior by analysing KPI performance & purchase conversion;
    ● Develop all materials used in direct communication with clients (scripts, SMS, letters, other necessary materials);
    ● Suggest implementing new applications tools for CRM actions in order to improve the customer experience;
    ● Assist Marketing Director and campaign manager with campaign plans to help determine targeting, strategies, campaign priorities, and strategic evolution.
