Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position;

121 Coordinator objectives:
121 Coordinator is part of the Activation team (the team has the role to develop and plan Retail and Horeca Marketing activities.)
The 121 Coordinator responsibilities is to provide support within the department in preparing promotional activities which aim to increase the performance of BAT brands. The 121 coordinator should have a strong connection with TMD departments (field marketing team), KA (the department which is responsible with the strategic customers networks relationship) and with Brand Marketing (brands department) in the development and planning of the promotional activities. It plays a decisive role in planning, development coordination and evaluation of the promotional activities that take place within the cycle activities.
Ensurance that the way of working and deadlines are respected for all activities for which is responsible.
Responsible for creating promotional campaigns and mechanics in the informatical system used in the management/development/reporting of promotional activities.
Generates and sends to field force teams the necessary formats for the promotional reports’ preparation.
Verifies and centralizes the promo reports received from the field force teams and presents the promotional results to brand and activation teams.
Survey of competition activities in order to identify market trends and propose promotional activities development for improving BAT brands.
Responsible for the relation with 121 agencies and verifies if the contractual conditions are respected.
Maintenance of excellent working relationships between 121 agencies and field force teams.
Informs the manager when there are problems which may affect the smooth running of company.
