3+ years of experience in project management - software development, preferably within an outsourcing company;
Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology;
Software development background in web technologies;
Excellent verbal and written English skills;
Strong analytical and time management skills;
The ability to handle multiple projects;
People management skills;
Ability to perform within deadlines.

What you will do:

Plan and coordinate the entire cycle of the software development projects;
Be responsible for the success of the project, from needs assessment to the solution’s delivery;
Elaborate the functional project specifications;
Understand business objectives, issues, opportunities, client's organization, and industry;
Identify client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement and tech best practices in the industry;
Estimate the resources;
Communicate with the clients and the project team;
Plan and track the project’s timeline and milestones;
Contribute to the creation and update of key processes;
Deliver the project status reports.
