On behalf of our client, an important multinational company from the oil & gas sector, we are recruiting Logistic Specialist with the following qualifications:

Competencies:
• Ability to think strategically, analyze large amount of data and information objectively, and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills
• Understanding of general logistics processes / local logistics rules and regulations

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Monitor trip execution and communicate loading/unloading or in-transit deviations
Serve as focal point of contact as defined by domestic standard operations procedures for both requestors and drivers as required
Resolve minor to medium incidents with requestors, escalate major incidents to Domestic Leader/Manager
Provide e-Journey and stops plan support
Ensure compliance with land transport contractor guidelines, HSE policies, local regulations and dangerous goods requirements in the GeoMarket
Place request for transportation-related forklift and crane usage via shared base support.
