• Responsible for LeasePlan analysis of people related data including e.g. FTE, reward, talent & performance, absence and payroll and (in close cooperation with the rest of the People Services Team) building new reports that are useful to the business & HR in LeasePlan entities
Responsible for the global HR information management for the Global HR Team and the Managing Board, including HR Value Stream reporting and the HR KPI’s
• Responsible for building the people analytics capabilities and adopting new Workday features like Benchmark, People Analytics.
• Gathers and challenges the required data to build an understanding and provide analysis on people related insights (varying from FTE, Talent, Performance, Reward, and other financial components).
• Troubleshoot and build Workday reports to facilitate the needs of entities and conducts analyses to prepare presentations/reports with recommendations. It is important to consolidate, visualize and report tailored to the target audience and focus on timely delivery.
• 4-6+ years of work experience
• Preferably in a similar role within HR and/or Finance
• Familiar with working in an international environment
• Knowledge about HR financial topics, eg. Pension and Payroll, remuneration
• Excellent XLS skills in creation of reports, charts, pivot tables, macro’s etc.
• Academic degree
• English (fluent, verbally and written)
