    Job purpose and key deliverables:

    The Digital Marketing Content Specialist is part of the Social Media Team. This team focuses on delivering a flawless and cohesive execution of the communication strategy, in line with the brand objectives. This role spans over all flows and digital touchpoints, from drafting a compelling content marketing strategy together with the brand teams, as well as planning, managing the creation process, executing and reporting the results.

    Essential requirements:

    At least 3 years of experience in marketing, media relations, integrated communications, agency or PR;
    Strong experience in digital media and social media platforms;
    Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube;
    Bachelor’s degree;
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written);
    Strong creative skills, supported by analytical skills;
    Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel);
    Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude;
    Ability to build winning strategies and execute flawlessly;

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities:

    Works on the digital content strategy according to business objectives of BAT and proposes both campaign-based content plan, as well as special executions;
    Is in charge with the execution of the digital content plan;
    Coordinates the deployment of content across digital platforms (SM, ECOM, CRM);
    Has good knowledge of all campaign related digital assets;
    Manages the creation process with agencies or other third-party suppliers, delivering the digital assets;
    Reports on a monthly basis and looks for ways to optimize the content;
    Tests different kinds of content, constantly looking for optimization solutions;
    Is insights oriented and constantly seeds ideas inside and outside the digital team;
    Performs assignments as allocated by direct manager within own area of responsibility as to contribute to the department results;
