What do you need to bring?
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR Operations, HRBP or comparable roles (retail/restaurants field would be an advantage);
 Good operational experience and knowledge of HR processes and systems related to core HR, learning, performance management and overall people data;
 Good understanding of employee relations and labor legislation;
 Good understanding of business needs, targets and HR strategy;
 Ability to advise proactively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
 A daily “Can do” approach;
 Active Learner;
 Ability to work independently while being a team player;
 Availability to visit restaurants & travel to different regions of the country (approx. 30-40% of full time);
 Bachelor’s degree;
 Computer literacy and English knowledge;
 Driving licence- B category
