    Requirements

    • Organized person, having fun when working with data;
    • Analytic thinking and detail-orientation;
    • Previous experience with ERP/CRM software is a big plus;
    • Negotiation skills are considered a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Receives the procurement needs of internet resources from our internal departments (VPSs, domains, addresses, phone subscriptions);
    • Identifies the best way to get in contact with the providers;
    • Negotiates the prices in conformity with approved budgets and contractual terms and conditions;
    • Manages, corrects and updates continuously the providers database and makes sure for the correctness of the information in our internal ERP and CRM;
    • Initiates the contact with the potential providers and presents the company and our buying needs, in a such way to ensure a long-term business collaboration;
    • Makes the offer requirements and analyses them;
    • Collaborates with the procurement, sales and technical departments in order to make the best buy for our business;
    • Ensures the correctness of the data entry and primary documents;
    • Manages the ERP and CRM, ensuring the security and of the stored data;
    • Provides help to the users of the data system in order to recover lost data;
    • Ensures payment for our providers.
    • Elaborates proposals to optimize the processes and working tools;
    • Makes activity reports upon requests.
