    The role of WEDOHR as a provider of recruitment services for our clients is to enable partners to focus on business development and take on the role of identifying and attracting the most suitable candidates for partner organisations.

    Candidatul ideal este o persoana:
    -dinamica, deschisa catre nou, pasionata de vanzari;
    -curioasa, organizata, bun planificator;
    -cu abilitati de comunicare si socializare;
    -cu experienta anterioara de minim 2 ani pe un post similar.

    Responsabilitati

    -realizarea veniturilor estimate la intocmirea bugetelor/forecasturilor;
    -cunoaste piata produselor gestionate de companie, din perspectiva competitiei, clientilor actuali/ potentialii clienti;
    - promoveaza si vinde produsele catre institutii/companii (in zonele sau la companiile stabilite impreuna cu directorul de vinzari);
    - organizeaza si participa la intalniri cu clientii;
    - comunica superiorului direct problemele de ordin logistic , precum si orice informatii din piata (sugestii, reclamatii, nemultumiri legate de forma, structura si continutul produselor);
    - inregistreaza potentialii clienti in baza de date, furnizind date cit mai complete si exacte (adresa, telefon, mail, persoana de contact).
