Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
In - deep knowledge of the some or all a digital eco-system (paid, owned, earned, search, ecommerce, people relationship marketing);
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics;
Experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising;
Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices;
Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO;
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing;
Well organized, team spirit, inspirational and focus on achieving the company’s target;
Strategical thinking;
Leadership skills, with hands-on and can to attitude;
Acting as a Business Partner.
Create digital future for the brand and aim to make this vision a reality;
Stays ahead of new platforms, assets, types of content, technologies, new business model;
Learn about what consumers care about, and who can adapt with speed to the ever-changing marketplace;
Partner with the entire team to connect the dots across all things digital. Effectively work with the different teams to elevate digital across marketing plans and business;
Drive consumer digital understanding – consumer behaviour, platforms, media and data to driver personalised content;
Lead in e-commerce/through fashion days platform implementing premier practices and working with customer teams to grow our brand awareness both for the platform and for the stores;
Support initiatives on data-driven marketing using data and technical functionality to identify, target and engage with the right customers, at the right time, with the right message;
Understand paid search and propose solutions to ensure maximum return on ad spend and delivery of targets, working with brands, agencies and partners;
Demonstrate best practices/case examples, identify global standard methodologies for subject matter expert and search engine optimization and apply to partner projects;
Identify new ways to drive awareness of the brands as well as traffic to .com/marketplaces;
Understand influencer outreach campaigns, working closely with Marketing and trading teams on sampling and influencer partnership opportunities;
Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize social content and digital creative recommendations;
Monitor and analyse competitor/external activities on digital -centric initiatives (innovation/communication) identifying best practices;
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns;
Develop and monitor digital campaign budgets;
Plan and manage the social media platforms;
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry;
