    We will trust you with:

    Taking responsibility, working independently as well as collaboratively or cooperatively with our teams
    Developing and executing traffic, conversion and site performance strategies for Bit Soft and the B2B social media channels
    Overseeing global paid search and display advertising marketing channels
    Optimizing account performance through analytics, testing, and experimentation
    Adjusting spending levels and marketing tactics as necessary to maintain a balanced budget and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

    Your expertise includes:

    Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (3-4 years at least)
    Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    Confidence and experience in working independently with SEM tools, website optimization, Google marketing and analytics tools, as well as paid search bidding platform (2-3 years)
    professional certification is a plus


    Formulation and implementation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
    Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and plan future campaigns
    Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Business Manager etc. to increase company and brand awareness
    Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media and display advertising
    Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
    Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
    Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc)
    Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
    Provides support to internal departments related to content related visuals for job ads, employer branding, internal communication
