    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist & coach managers and employees with day-to-day inquiries relating to HR processes such as goal setting, performance evaluations, compensation & benefits, recruitment;
    Deliver front line employment requirements;
    Partner with other members of the HR function to ensure the outputs are delivered at standard quality in line with local employment requirements;
    Analyze HR reports to gain insight into the trends and to support continuous improvement;
    Coordinate admin & logistics requests when needed;
    Assist in deploying HR initiatives and programs such as designing and executing workforce plans and talent development initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Skills and Experience:
    Knowledge of local employment legislation, practices and principles;
    Experience in handling HR (including employee relation) issues;
    Ability to collect, compile and analyse data, assemble information, pull themes and prepare reports;
    Ability to effectively interpret, maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures;
    Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.);
    Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment and prioritize, plan and execute multiple, complicated and continuing assignments in a timely and efficient manner;
    Excellent oral and written communication in English & Romanian;
    Ability to function independently and work within a team;
    Enthusiastic, reliable, adaptable and flexible;
    Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, including management;
    Experience with Human Resource Information Systems would be preferred;
