    Requirements

    Preferably a bachelor’s degree in investment analysis, accounting or finance;
    Previous experience working with an established online sports book in a similar role would be a strong plus;
    Strong management skills;
    Methodical, analytical, demonstrating strong data interpretation and databases skills;
    Some experience in betting industry would be a plus or a passion for all sports;
    Ability to act fast in response to ever changing situations;
    Strong team player;
    Flexible and adaptable;
    Some knowledge of betting industry;
    Excellent communication skills;
    Confident business facing;
    Outstanding attention to details;
    Quality focused;
    Able to work in a fast paced environment;
    Early adopter in internet and technology.

    Responsibilities

    Continuously monitor and respond to changing markets;
    Monitoring risk and liabilities in accordance with company trading policy;
    Develops and writes new IT feature requests;
    Administrative tasks such as follow-up of settling markets, monitoring customer betting patterns etc.;
    Ensure trading tools are of the highest standard;
    Monitor competitor markets and products;
    Ensuring that the company’s product offering is timely, accurate and of excellent standard;
    Evaluate company risks for each competition;
    Reporting to Head of Trading and top management on trading.
