Requirements:
• You have good communication skills;
• You can conduct an independent recruitment process;
• You are not easily impressed when it gets hectic;
• Your work ethic and sense of responsibility is big;
• Advanced verbal and written skills in English.

As a Field Recruiter in the automotive industry, you are responsible for contact with candidates. You are proactively looking for candidates who are technical and would like to work in the Netherlands.
• Recruitment of Automotive professionals for project-based deployment;
• Proactive approach to candidates through social media etc.;
• Candidates who would like to work in the Netherlands, make sure they come to the Netherlands;
• Staying in contact with the romanian candidates that work in Netheralandsduring their working season.
