Senior Financial Controller

- Degree in Finance & Accounting
- ACCA, CIMA or similar qualifications are preferable
- Extensive capabilities (at least 5 years) in budget control, financial analysis, business decisions, financial process improvement to deliver long-term financial objectives and drive shareholder value
- People management experience at least 2 years
- Independent user in ERP, preferable NAVISION.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong Accounting Information System knowledge (IFRS or US GAAP) is essential
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Ability to use written and oral communication skills to influence management behavior that drive cost control, improve cash flow and emphasizes good internal controls
- Strong problem solving and an ability to think creatively and generate solutions
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent English

- Manage financial reporting ensuring:
1.driving/ensuring harmonization of processes across the cluster
2. an efficient and effective period close process that deliver accurate information in each country and consolidation - maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation;
3.compliance with company’s policies, Recurring Reports Manual and other guidance/practices including compliance to local GAAP/statutory and other local legal/regulatory requirements
- Plan and manage the year-end or other audit processes with the internal for cluster and external auditors in units, where applicable, including timely resolution of all findings and comments. Serve as a liaison with specialist teams (e.g., Treasury, Tax, and Currency Centers) and ensure appropriate unit compliance with all related requirements.
- Manage and create a secure internal control environment, including appropriate segregation of duties across the cluster and units. Ensures the businesses have processes and controls in place for compliance and governance
- Coordinate all the compliance reporting
- Point of contact for all legal matters of the cluster. Responsible for keeping signature circular and bank mandates up to date following the organizational changes
- Tax compliance: Ensuring correct and timely submission of all tax declarations to tax office. Following the local tax requirements (VAT return, transfer pricing) and coordinating the resources needed internally or externally
- Manage and develop highly engaged associates by leading efforts that continuously drive associate and team engagement with focus, on team establishment and settling processes, new joiner settlement, finalize the handover from countries to HUB
