    Cerinte

    • Offering support to our on-line platform customers
    • Answering to general inquiries about company and its services by telephone, chat, e-mail, social media platforms, in a professional manner
    • Registering orders from customers on all channels
    • Providing telephone order trace requests from customers
    • Promoting a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisitions
    • Providing accurate information’s about our products
    • Identifying the most suitable solutions to both clients and company
    • Analyzing client’s requests and offering guidance regarding products characteristics and company offered services
    • Offering periodic activity reports to the direct manager.

    Responsabilitati

    • A good English level
    • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Customer and solution-oriented
    • Sales oriented person
    • Previous experience in Customer Support /Service Desk is an advantage
    • Good PC operating knowledge (Microsoft Office Package)
    • A proactive, enthusiastic, empathic person
    • Team spirited and with a positive attitude.
