    Requirements

    Skills and Experience:
    Solid rounded HR professional, with generalist experience;
    Good experience managing core HR processes and systems ;
    Has in depth understanding of local employment practices/laws, proven experience in running payroll and handling employee relation issues;
    Highly analytical with strong attention to detail ;
    Able to maintain confidentiality and build relationships at all levels, including building credibility with senior managers;
    Take initiative and comfortably operate in a rapidly changing environment, with very good engagement skills;
    Able to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment and prioritize, plan and execute multiple, complex assignments in a timely and efficient manner;
    Enthusiastic, courteous, reliable, adaptable and flexible;
    Strong previous experience in leading a team, develop, engage & motivate beyond own team.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide professional HR expertise, advice and support, coach managers and employees on HR related topics for the designated functions/populations, working closely with COEs & GBS HR;
    Understand and execute Global & local HR strategies, processes and projects, and contributes to the continuous development and improvement of HR agenda;
    Monitor and support HR processes & initiatives on resourcing, development, reward & retention, engagement as required;
    Supports effective governance & compliance in all HR activities including Employee Relations & local employment statutory requirements;
    Conduct necessary reviews, analysis and insights as required in preparation for HR metrics and ad-hoc meetings or strategic reviews with HR implications;
    Manage local admin & payroll activities, local employment statutory requirements.
