Reporting Specialist - Logistics

Bachelor degree.
Proactive go- getter with great passion and energy.
Ability and desire to work with numbers.
Good understanding of how an FMCG organization functions.
Previous FMCG or Logistics experience is a plus.
Highly analytical.
Ability to think outside of the box and challenge processes and rationale.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in using SAP or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in excel.

Deliver according to reporting matrix within area of responsibility (standard reports, analysis, ad hoc reports) in agreed SLAs;
Ensure optimal working & analysis templates (for reports, scorecards and reviews) to deliver required data in an efficient, actionable and user-friendly way;
Deliver requested ad hoc reports & presentations, accurately and on time, supporting Sales Management and Marketing decision making;
Support in Annual Business Plan process;
Support in Monthly Targeting processess;
Teach internal customers on how to use and interpret different data, reports, reviews and analysis;
New ideas in terms of continuously improving reporting frames and analytics quality
