-Backed by at least 3 years of tech recruiting experience
-At least 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting in IT
-Experience recruiting technical talent in the local talent landscape
-Able to adjust the recruiting strategy according to market trends
-Master of planning and organization: you act in structured manner but with a pinch of creativity
-Excellent communicator (both in Romanian and English), able to clearly articulate your thoughts, to negotiate and influence others
-Able to thrive in a dynamic work culture by delivering results while managing multiple projects
-Tech savvy, you know a thing or two about: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and you are not afraid to embrace new technologies/applications if necessary
-Inquisitive, hands-on, positive and team player
What will you do?
-Conduct end-to-end the recruitment and selection process for the business units and roles assigned
-Perform all the recruitment related activities like: job posting, screening / scheduling / interviewing / testing /assessing / rejecting / informing candidates, coordinating all the specific logistic details etc.
-Be involved in job openings with different levels of experience
-Provide regular updates and ad-hoc reports on the recruiting activities
-Document the recruitment process in our ATS (BambooHR)
-Target passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, build and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates
-Make use of a variety of sourcing tools and different recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, BestJobs, eJobs, Hipo, TalentBrowse)
-Act as a point of contact for the partnering recruitment agencies
-Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation
-Consider the internal pool of candidates: find the best match among potential applicants from within the company
-Develop strong relationships with the Business Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure a 5 stars candidates' experience
-Develop a deep understanding of the e-payments business, as well as the local talent landscape
-Proactively participate in generating best practices for our recruitment strategy
-Take part in company events or presentations, and support our employer branding efforts
-Have fun while developing your skills and growing as an HR professional
